Cannot Log Into App But Can Login Via Web

If you're able to log into on your web browser, but unable to log into our mobile app, this issue usually occurs because there are unusual characters in your password, such as symbols, spaces, etc. It is a known bug that we're working to resolve, but we don't have an exact time frame as to when a fix will be submitted.

In the meantime, we would recommend that you have your password reset. You can do this on the log-in screen, or if you'd prefer that we reset it from here, please let us know.
